● Cut the avocado by slicing around the pit in order to cleanly remove the seed.
● Insert your knife into the pit, twist and gently pull.
● Finally, remove the avocado seed from the knife.
Once you have removed the seeds from the knife, put them in a bag and crush them with a hammer. The crushed seeds can be added to your regular meal.
