■ 1 kg of lemon
■ 5-6 sprig of parsley
■ 3 liters of water
■ 1 sachet baking soda
Cook the lemon and parsley for two to three hours and drink it every morning on an empty stomach.
First, wash the lemon in cold water, then soak it in warm water and pour the baking soda.
Allow to stand for about an hour.
Cut the parsley into smaller pieces.
Chop the lemon (with the peel) finely.
Put the parsley and lemon in the pot and pour three liters of water.
Cook over low heat until is cooked well, 2 to 3 hours. When cooked, drain.
You should get around 1.5 liters of syrup.
It should be drunk every morning on an empty stomach; the measure is one full cup.
The measure is sufficient for 15 days, if you drink it every morning.
